First, Principle for Service and Maintenance

The deadline of post-sale service for China Himage Group series product is effective from the purchase date (Base on the date of the maintenance card records date for)

Maintenance service of the product post-sale service should be effective under normal condition, but if the damages are caused by the consumer use, maintenance, storage improperly, either disassemble in the service spot where is not authorized or appointed by China Himage Group or the damage caused by the force majeure, the above circs are not in maintenance scope, We have to charge the corresponding cost fee if it needs to maintain.

Product Maintenance Deadline:
Mainframe: our company implement the service policy of " Three months exchange guaranteed, a year maintains "from the purchase date, within three months if the the product have any quality problems you can choose the free maintainace service or to replace a new one..
Appendix: Provides three month guarantee period
China Himage Group does not take responsible.for the special, accidental or the indirect loss by user and the dealer.
 
Below situations does not belong to the free service scope:
1) Be unable to provide the maintainance card,the buying machine invoice and the receipt from China Himage Group.
2) Reconstruct,disassembles and assembles which the breakdown occurs without written permission by China Himage Group or in its authorized service station,
3) The brittle stickup labels on the product damages and flaw.
4) The chip penetrated,damaged by falling down or fissured, the control panel damaged, the electric circuit broke off, the product is rusted or corroded, the part falls off and damaged.
5) Incorrect operation by human reason to cause the breakdown which the physical damage or the ambient condition change occurs. Such as put through the high voltage, the sur- force, the upper air drops, enters into the water and so on.
6) Surpasses the replacement time, the warranty period.
7) The products are not provided by China Himage Group
 
Second, attention matters when purchase product Confirmed whether there is the maintainance card for the product Whether provides the related invoices Whether the dealer fills in the related information in the maintainance card.
